BriqFlow.

1. Who you’re dealing with

BriqFlow Studio Ltd is a private limited company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 14823691). Our registered office is 22 Marsden Quay, London EC2N 4AY. Throughout this document “we”, “us” and “BriqFlow” mean BriqFlow Studio Ltd. “You” means the person or organisation engaging with the website or commissioning work.

2. Using this website

The text, photographs, drawings and code on briqflow.pro belong to BriqFlow or are used by us with permission. You may share, link to and quote our pages with attribution; you may not republish whole pages, scrape content for AI training, or pass our project photographs off as your own work.

3. Quotes and proposals

Any figure shared before a site visit is indicative. Firm written quotes are valid for 30 calendar days from the date issued. A commission becomes binding when you have signed our written acceptance and we have received your initial deposit.

4. Payment terms

  • Deposit: 30% of the contract value at acceptance — this funds the materials we order in your name.
  • Build stage: 40% when we begin construction.
  • Balance: 30% on satisfactory installation.

Payment is by bank transfer in pounds sterling. Cards are accepted for amounts under £2,500. We do not accept payment in cryptocurrency.

5. Lead times

We quote a target install window. We work hard to hit it, but timber, stone and brassware are natural products with their own seasonality. Where a delay is unavoidable, we will write to you with the cause and the new earliest date as soon as we know.

6. Changes mid-project

Modifications after sign-off are possible up to the cutting stage and may incur a re-engineering fee plus the cost of materials already committed. After cutting, structural changes are usually not feasible without rebuilding the affected element at cost.

7. Site access and conditions

You agree to provide reasonable access to the install location and to ensure walls are sound, services (electrics, plumbing, gas) are made safe by a qualified trade where required, and the room is broom-clean before our arrival. We will photograph the site at install start and finish.

8. Guarantee

Every piece carries a two-year structural and finish guarantee from the date of install, plus a one-year courtesy aftercare visit. The guarantee covers defects of workmanship; it does not cover damage from misuse, water leaks, structural movement or third-party alteration.

9. Liability

We carry £5 million public liability insurance. Our maximum financial liability for any commission is the contract value of that commission. We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential losses, but nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud or anything else that cannot be limited under English law.

10. Cancellation

You may cancel a commission in writing before construction begins; the deposit covers our design time and material commitments and is non-refundable from the start of the build stage. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

11. Governing law

These terms and any dispute under them are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Updates

We may revise these terms occasionally. The version on the day you sign your contract is the version that applies to your project.
