BriqFlow.

Bespoke pieces, quietly built around the way you live.

We sketch, mill and finish every cabinet, wardrobe and island in our Hackney workshop. No flat-pack shortcuts — just slow, careful joinery in oak, walnut and English stone.

Furniture is the slowest part of a home. We treat it that way.

  • Every piece drawn, milled and assembled under one roof in London E8.
  • Solid hardwoods sourced from FSC-certified European mills.
  • Joinery you can repair in 30 years — not replace in five.
  • Two senior cabinetmakers on every project, never juniors alone.

Four corners of the home, four ways we like to build.

Pick a starting point. Each commission still begins with a blank sheet of paper, but these are the rooms our hands know best.

From first sketch to final finish, in five honest stages.

Craftsman cutting dovetail joints by hand
  1. Site Visit & Brief

We meet you in the space. We measure, talk through how you live there, and listen for the problems no plan picks up.

  2. Concept & Materials

You receive sketches, a moodboard and physical samples — oak grain, brass finish, stone offcut — before any CAD drawings.

  3. Technical Drawings

Each piece is drawn to a millimetre. You sign off the joinery details, hardware and finish before a single board is cut.

  4. Workshop Build

Construction takes 6–12 weeks. We send weekly photographs from the bench so nothing is a surprise on install day.

  5. Install & Aftercare

Two of our team install in your home, leaving it spotless. We come back in a year to retighten, retouch and check the wood is settling well.

“They turned the awkward chimney breast in our flat into the warmest reading nook we’ve ever sat in. Six months on, the oak is honeying beautifully.”

“The team came back twice with the wood swatches before we agreed on tone. That’s why the kitchen sits so right under the skylight now.”

“What I appreciated most was the silence after install. No squeaks, no doors that need persuading. Just rooms that work.”

The things people most want to know before they ring us.

How long does a typical commission take?
From the first site visit, expect around 10–14 weeks for kitchens and 6–9 weeks for fitted wardrobes. Larger whole-home projects can run 16+ weeks. We never rush a finish coat to hit a date.
What kind of budget should I be planning around?
Bespoke kitchens at BriqFlow generally start near £28,000, fitted wardrobes near £9,500. The honest answer comes after the site visit, when we know the room, the materials you’re drawn to and how complex the install will be.
Do you only work in London?
Most of our work is within the M25, but we install across the South East and have shipped pieces as far as Bath and Norfolk. Travel is added at cost, never as a markup.
Can you match an existing piece of furniture or wood tone?
Yes — we colour-match in the workshop using small offcuts and natural oils. If you can leave us with a sample (a drawer, a shelf, even a photograph in good light), we’ll take it from there.
What happens if something needs adjusting after install?
Every piece carries a two-year guarantee. We schedule a one-year aftercare visit by default to retighten hinges, ease drawers and oil any timber that has dried in your home’s climate.
Do you work with interior designers or only directly with homeowners?
Both, equally happily. About a third of our work comes through interior designers and architects on a trade basis. Get in touch and we’ll send through our trade pack.

Tell us about the room.

A short note — what you’d like to commission, when you’d like it finished — and we’ll come back within two working days with a sensible next step.
